Are Your Vehicles 4WD?

All our vehicles up to 15 passengers are either Four Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive.

Where do I meet you at SLC Airport?

Our pick up location is downstairs on Level 1 Ground Transportation between at Column #6A

Will My Skis and Snowboards Fit?

Our fleet consists of the largest SUVs and Vans available. Our SUVs can seat 4-5 with luggage and our Vans can seat 5-14 with luggage. If you are bringing 3 or more ski and snowboard bags, please call us on our reservation line at 1-877-255-2631 to discuss your best option or send us an email.

Do You Service Areas Other Than Park City?

Yes, we service all Utah Resorts and also offer Service in Wyoming, Idaho, Montana and Nevada.

How far and How Long Does it take to get to Park City from SLC Airport?

Park City is approximately 37 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport. Travel Time is 45 min to an hour. Snow increases travel time.

What is the best way to get from SLC Airport to Park City?

How much is a private SUV or Sprinter Van from SLC to Park City?

Can I take a Sprinter van from SLC Airport to Park City?

Yes. ProTrans operates Mercedes and Ford AWD Sprinter vans accommodating approximately 5–14 passengers, depending on luggage and ski Snowboard equipment.

Can I bring skis on a ProTrans vehicle?

Yes. ProTrans vehicles have luggage capacity for skis and snowboards. Capacity depends on passenger count, luggage and vehicle configuration. Please call us on 1-877-255-2631 if you have luggage questions.

Does ProTrans provide private transportation?

Yes. ProTrans provides private car service SUV, Sprinter Van, Mini Coach and Bus transportation from SLC Airport to Park City, Deer Valley and surrounding ski resort destination for large and small groups.

Do you provide transportation to Park City hotels?

Yes. ProTrans provides transportation to Deer Valley and Park City's hotels such as the Waldorf, Montage, St. Regis, Grand Hyatt, all private residences and other destinations.

Do you provide airport transportation for weddings and corporate groups?

Yes. ProTrans provides airport and local transportation for weddings, corporate retreats, events and groups of various sizes. We specialize in weddings for around 100 guests.

Can I book ProTrans online?

SUV and Sprinter reservations can be made through the online reservation system, subject to availability. Larger group and mini coach bus transportation should be arranged directly with ProTrans.

Do You Have Child Seats?

Yes. There are a limited number of child seats available. Please request any child seat needs while making your reservation. Child seats are provided at no cost to you.

My Flight is Delayed. What do I do?

Call us on 1-877-255-2631. Our office constantly monitors all flight information that you provide to us. One of our drivers will be waiting for you when you get here, even if you are a little late.

I Need to Cancel, Are You Going to Charge Me?

If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your reservation time, we do not charge but within 24 hours we do charge. Weather and airline issues beyond your control are usually exempt from the 24 hour policy. Groups of 15+ passengers require a 72 hour notice of cancellation prior to the reservation time or your entire balance will be billed.

What about Large Group Transportation?

ProTrans can transport between up to 98 passengers at once depending on vehicle availability.

Can You Meet Me In The Airport?

Our standard service is curbside. We can meet you in the airport with meet and greet services. Our greeters will meet you in the airport baggage claim or can meet you at the gate of your plane in certain circumstances. Meet and Greet Services have additional costs.
