ARE YOUR VEHICLES 4WD?

All our vehicles are either Four Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive.

Will MY SKIs/SNOWBOARDS FIT?

Our fleet consists of the largest SUVs and Vans available. Our SUVs can seat 4-5 with luggage and our Vans can seat 11-14 with luggage. If you are bringing 3 or more ski and snowboard bags, please call us on our reservation line at 1-877-255-2631 to discuss your best option or send us an email.

WHERE DO I MEET YOU AT SLC AIRPORT?

Our pick up location is downstairs on Level 1 Ground Transportation between # 4A or # 5A.

DO YOU HAVE CHILD SEATS?

Yes. There are a limited number of child seats available. Please request any child seat needs while making your reservation. Child seats are provided at no cost to you.

MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED, WHAT DO I DO?

Our office constantly monitors all flight information that you provide to us. One of our drivers will be waiting for you when you get here, even if you are a little late.

I NEED TO CANCEL, ARE YOU GOING TO CHARGE ME?

No, if you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your reservation time. Yes, if you cancel within 24 hours. Weather and airline issues beyond your control are usually exempt from the 24 hour policy. Groups of 15+ passengers require a 72 hour notice of cancellation prior to the reservation time or your entire balance will be billed.

CAN YOU TRANSPORT MY GROUP?

ProTrans can transport between 36 - 72 passengers at once depending on vehicle availability.

CAN YOU MEET ME IN THE AIRPORT?

Our standard service is curbside. We can meet you in the airport with meet and greet services. Our greeters will meet you in the airport baggage claim or can meet you at the gate of your plane in certain circumstances.
